Summary: Tour Solvers is a technology marketplace. We help you discover and contact licensed Hajj & Umrah agencies. Travel services are sold and delivered by the agency you choose — not by Tour Solvers as the tour operator.

1. What Tour Solvers is

Tour Solvers ("we", "the Platform") provides search, comparison, consultation, inquiry, and account tools that connect pilgrims and families with independent travel agencies ("Agencies").

Unless we clearly state otherwise in writing for a specific product, Tour Solvers is not the seller of travel packages and is not your contractual counterparty for pilgrimage travel services.

2. What Agencies are responsible for

Accuracy of package descriptions, prices, inclusions, and departure dates they publish.
MoRA / regulatory compliance for Bangladesh-registered Hajj and Umrah operations.
Visa support, flights, hotels, ground transport, and on-ground services as described in their offer.
Issuing invoices, collecting payments (per their policies), and providing refunds or changes per their terms.
Direct communication with you after an inquiry or booking is assigned to them.

3. What Tour Solvers provides

Platform software, listings, and discovery tools.
Routing of inquiries and (where enabled) booking workflow support.
Customer support for platform issues — not for airline or hotel operational failures.
Moderation of listings and complaints escalation where our policies apply.

4. Listings & "verified" badges

Agencies may appear on the marketplace in different cooperation stages:

Listed / Partner — profile and packages may be curated or submitted with agency cooperation; always read the agency's own terms before paying.
Verified onboarded partner — agency has an active owner account and license checks completed where applicable; shown with a verified badge when enabled.

A listing on Tour Solvers does not by itself mean we guarantee availability, price, or suitability for your circumstances.

5. Diaspora pilgrims (UK, US, Canada, EU, Australia)

Rules for Hajj and Umrah differ by country of residence (e.g. UK Hajj via Nusuk). Content on Tour Solvers is for planning and comparison. Your contract and visa pathway are determined by the Agency and the laws of your country of residence.
