Summary: Tour Solvers is a marketplace platform — travel services are provided by the agency you book with. Please read booking, payment, and cancellation rules on each package before you pay.
1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using Tour Solvers (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. About Tour Solvers
Tour Solvers provides technology for discovering, comparing, and booking Hajj and Umrah packages offered by independent agencies ("Agencies"). Unless we clearly state otherwise in writing, we are not the tour operator and we do not replace the Agency as your contractual counterparty for travel services.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 to create an account, or have guardian consent where required.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
- You must comply with Saudi, Bangladeshi, and other applicable travel and visa rules.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms.
5. Bookings & agency relationship
- When you book a package, you enter into a contract with the listed Agency for travel services, subject to that Agency's policies and Saudi/Bangladesh regulations.
- Package descriptions, prices, inclusions, and dates are provided by Agencies; we display them in good faith but the Agency is responsible for accuracy and delivery.
- Document requirements (passport validity, mahram rules, vaccinations, visas) are your responsibility unless the Agency confirms otherwise in writing.
6. Prices, payments & fees
- Prices may be shown in BDT or other currencies; conversion and bank charges may apply.
- Package tour funds: For travel packages sold by Agencies on the Platform, amounts due for your tour are paid to the Agency under that Agency's invoice and instructions (for example bank transfer, mobile financial services, or cash). Tour Solvers does not hold, escrow, or clear those package funds.
- Merchant of record (labelled products only): Tour Solvers is merchant of record only when a specific product is clearly labelled as such at purchase. That labelled exception applies to the labelled charge alone and does not make Tour Solvers an escrow agent or the collector of Agency package payments in general.
- Where an Agency or Tour Solvers uses a third-party payment provider for a labelled checkout, that provider's terms also apply.
- Platform promotions, wallet credits, or coupons are Tour Solvers incentives that may reduce the cash amount you owe the Agency. Redeeming them does not mean Tour Solvers collected your package payment. Rules shown at redemption or in your booking apply.
7. Cancellations, changes & refunds
Cancellation and refund rules depend on the Agency, package type, and how close you are to departure. The applicable policy is shown before payment and in your booking confirmation. Tour Solvers may facilitate communication but does not guarantee refunds unless the Agency or payment rules provide them.
8. User conduct
You must not: misuse the Platform; scrape or reverse engineer services; harass staff or Agencies; post false reviews; circumvent security; or use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
9. Reviews & content
Reviews and user content must be honest and respectful. We may moderate or remove content that violates policies or law. You grant us a license to display content you submit on the Platform.
10. Intellectual property
Platform branding, software, and design are owned by Tour Solvers or licensors. Agencies retain rights to their own listings and media. Unauthorized copying is prohibited.
11. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that every listing is error-free. Travel involves inherent risks; obtain appropriate insurance and medical advice.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tour Solvers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for acts/omissions of Agencies, airlines, hotels, or authorities. Our aggregate liability related to the Platform shall not exceed the fees you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim, except where law forbids such limits.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Tour Solvers against claims arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of third-party rights, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
14. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise.
15. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted. Material changes will be posted on this page.
